Job Description

Key Skills: Asp.net, C#, MVC, WCF,Ajax, Jquery, Angular JS, Web API.

·         Knowledge of WPF, LINQ and WCF technologies a plus.

·         Experience with a variety of development methodologies including Agile

·         Manage the daily activity for each development team member. Communicate daily objectives and explore solutions to obstacles faced by the development team

·         Responsible for management of assigned engineering projects from requirement gathering phase to GA.

·         Develops timelines and roadmaps for assigned engineering projects.

·         Ensure that software projects are delivered on schedule per the Release Contract negotiated with Product Management. Identify the most effective use of personnel and resources by setting process priorities, development tasks and contingencies.

·         Explore solutions to technical problems with the technical staff.

·         Reviews design, architecture and code of assigned engineering projects.

·         Coordinates with the relevant quality groups in facilitating software inspections and other quality improvement projects.

·         Assists in the creation of the product technical architecture and choice of development tools and that development members are properly trained and functional in the use of the chosen development tools.

·         Ensures that product architecture is properly documented and distributed to the development team.

·         Ensure that development team members are properly training and functional in the use of the chosen development tools.

·         Works with off-shore and on-shore development teams as necessary.
