Job Description
Play a key role in understand and Capture Business/IT requirement and preparation of its documentation and review.
Proactively monitor and manage risks and issues.
Work with technical lead to setup priorities and delivery goals
Provide direction to resources on capturing the high level requirements and functional specification
Provide functional expertise in the operation process
Work in operation support teams and provide L2, L3 support
