Job Description  
• Daily Pipeline Management Activity, including keyword based searching to generate 20-30 new leads per day that will then be available to inside sales teams to contact.
• The candidate will also analyze and shortlist relevant tender-bidding opportunities, both via keyword searches and by studying specific subscription websites.
• Will actively participate in continual process improvement through active suggestion and execution of process improvement techniques.
• Leveraging dashboards and pipeline metrics to uncover the need to accelerate, advance, or un-stick opportunities within the pipeline.
• Will participate in weekly cross-functional pow-wows with management and marketing manager to improve consistency of leads into the top-end of the pipeline after appropriate qualification.
• Work with Business Development and executives to optimize the flow of leads based on average opportunity size, pipeline velocity, and organizational ability
• Maintaining an appropriate lead generation pipeline to support the continuous flow of new opportunities to sales.
